Shibarium will process transactions on the Shibarium ecosystem alongside Ethereum. The Shibarium chain will process a significant portion of the transaction load that the Shiba Inu ecosystem currently brings to Ethereum. Furthermore, layer 2 will remove tokens from circulation to reduce supply and raise the price. This is referred to as a token burning mechanism, in which tokens are sent to wallets that can only receive but not send tokens, also known as Dead Wallets. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c000c7 blog-heading elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8c000c7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Shibarium Release Date<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3e7f6ea blog-text-content elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3e7f6ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shibarium has no official release date as of this writing. According to the official blog post, developers have been working on the project since April 2022, but there have been no updates. According to reports, the project will enter the Testnet phase soon after its release, via a public beta. In other words, there&#8217;s a lot of work going on behind the scenes, but nothing official has been announced. The Testnet will enable developers to create and test the tools needed for end-user interactions, such as token transfer bridges, wallets, block explorers, and other tools. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shibarium will use five utility tokens to achieve its goals: SHIB, BONE, LEASH, TREAT, and SHI. Each provides unique opportunities for investors to increase their return on investment.
