Return and Refund Policy

For Merchandise:

You can request to return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To apply for the return and refund the purchased product should meet these conditions

Correct Product

The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.

Unused Product

The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is new, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.

Undamaged Product

Only the undamaged product without tears or holes will be eligible for return.

Complete Product

If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.

MRP tag

  • Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
  • Any used promotional coupons will not be refunded.
  • After receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
  • If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.

Please ensure the product is handed over to our logistics partner as we won’t be responsible in case the wrong/different product is given and we will not be able to return the same.

For Courses:

Any courses purchased from us are NOT eligible for any Refund.
